The services identified by a require that you enter your access code and password in the Access Login section on the left portion of the page. The other services are available without the use of a personal access code.

On this page, and on all the Online services pages, the
icon allows you to obtain more information on the preceding heading.

How do I request my personal access code?

Click on the heading « Personal access request  » and complete the displayed form. Information identified by an * is required.

When the form is complete, click on OK to submit your request. You will receive your personal identification code and password via e-mail in the following hours. 


Can several employees of my enterprise use the same personal access code?

Yes, several employees of the same enterprise may share the same access code. However, it may be more convenient if each has a different access code since some services use e-mail to transmit the required information. Each user can then have their own e-mail address as a default value. 

How do I trace my merchandise?

In the Tracing section on the left portion of the services page, enter the autopro number (The nine digits without the dash) and click on

How do I access services identified by a
?

Enter your personal access code in the box  Access Login
  in the left portion of the page, and click on . All the keys before the service's headings should disappear, indicating that you now have access to these services. You can then click on the desired service heading.


Can I access the services in French? 

Yes, you just have to click on the 
sign in the upper right corner of the page to go from one language to the other. 

You can also register your preferred language in your user profile by clicking on the heading « User profile » and then changing the information regarding your preference.


What do I do when I forget my password?

Click on the link Forgot your password? in the section Access Login
  in the left portion of the page. An e-mail window will open. Enter information identifying yourself (name, company, …) and our administrator, after verification,  will reply with your access code and password in the following hours.


How to modify my password?

You can modify your password by clicking in the  User profile heading then modifying the Password information. Take note of your new password!


How long will my password remain active?

Your password will remain active for a period of three months. After this period, you will be advised on the next visit to our web site, that your password has expired and you will be asked to choose a new one.

ow long can an account remain inactive before it is closed ?

An account is closed automatically after six months of inactivity. Once closed, a new account must be requested in order to access the private options of the web site. To request a new account, complete the Personal Access Request Form located on the Online Services page.
