This service allows you to view, in a simple table, all your shipments for a specified day. The information displayed includes your reference numbers, the name and city of your client (for outbound) or of your shipper (for inbound), the current shipment status, its weight and links to other online services. It is the ideal tool to follow up on your shipments!

How long are my shipments available?

The shipment information is available for approximately two months. After this period some information may be missing. 

Where do the company names shown in " Company/Division " come from?

These company or division names come from the information that we registered in your client profile. Contact Customer Service if this information is not pertinent or if you do not have access to all of your companies and divisions. 

When are my shipment statuses updated?

Shipment status values are updated throughout the course of our daily operations. This includes; trailer loading, distribution, departure and arrival. Even better, the trucks operating in the region of our main terminals are equipped with onboard computers allowing our drivers to update our database remotely, upon completion of a delivery. 


What is the " Doc " column used for?

The " Doc " column allows you to select up to 8 shipments in order to request proof of delivery or bill of lading documents. After selecting your shipments, click on the " DOCUMENT REQUEST " button at the bottom of the page and a new window will open for you to complete your request. Repeat this operation if more than 8 documents are desired. For more details, see the " Document Requests " service.

What is the " Details " column used for?

Click on the " Details " column link to obtain more information on the shipment's status. Pick-up, appointment (if applicable), customs and delivery information will be displayed in a new window. 

What is the " Invoice " column used for?

Click on the " Invoice " column link to display the shipment's invoice. The invoice is available only if you are the payer for this transaction and if our rating service has verified it.
