The Transit Time Inquiry allows you to know the delay normally required to ship your product from a location A to a location B with our company.
You could identify the origin and the destination locations using their postal code (re. Section A), or using their names (re. Section B). Once one of these sections completed, choose the pick-up date on the calendar of the section C and click on the GO button. Our web service will return you the delivery date according our service standards.
Use the section B where you can identify the origin and destination locations using their names. (You should use the section A or the section B, not both)
First, click on " Select the origin ". In the selection window, chosse the province or state and enter the first few letters of the name of the city. Then, press on the " search " button. An alphabetic list of locations will be displayed. Select the line corresponding to the pick up location of your shipment. Repeat this operation for the delivery location, by clicking on " Select the destination ".
The result is based on the service standards of the Kingsway for these origin and destination. The service standards of the company are respected in more than 90% of the shipments.
